They replaced the order for the perfume, but didn’t send the extra gift package I was suppose to get. Not impressed

What has happened to the body cream and the body lotion? Where are they? I am running out. This is my signature fragrance and has been for years. I love it!

Just purchased red door and the perfume smells completely different. I have been wearing this perfume for 30 years and something has changed. I considered my ph changing due to age, but it doesn't smell the same when I spray my clothing.
